We stock all common vaccines (except COVID-19)
As of 1-23-24 we are out of COVID vaccine and Paxlovid, the treatment for COVID-19. We regret we will not be ordering more because the manufacturers have imposed a large order minimum. You should be able to get these products at other area pharmacies.

A better pharmacy experience starts on your phone
Through the Prescryptive Pharmacy, you can own your prescription for the first time. Ask your doctor to send your prescription to Prescryptive. You’ll get a text message and be able to compare costs and choose the pharmacy where you’d like to pick it up (including our Redmond, OR store), all through our friendly mobile experience.
Meet our pharmacist
Levi Martin, PharmD, RPh
Pharmacy Manager
Levi holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR, where he was President of the school’s American Pharmacists Association chapter. A lifelong interest in helping people has led Levi to the pharmacy profession, where he specializes in vaccinations, point-of-care testing, and medication therapy management. Levi currently serves as the Central Oregon representative on the Oregon State Pharmacy Association Board of Directors. Levi lives in Bend, OR, with his wife and two children and enjoys traveling with his family, hiking, and archery hunting.

Our pharmacy is open to fill prescriptions 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., M–F and closed for lunch from 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. We are also closed weekends and federal holidays.

Prescriber or doctor?
Start here!
Here’s how to get your patient’s prescription to us for processing:
- Send prescriptions to “PHX Pharmacy” in your EMR. This sends directly to our pharmacy. This listing has an address of Redmond, OR 97756.
- For a patient engagement experience, send prescriptions to “Prescryptive” in your EMR. This sends the prescription to your patient’s phone. This listing has an address of Redmond, WA 98052.
- Patients will choose which pharmacy to route their
prescription to. - They will see prices with their insurance, or with a discount plan, at all local pharmacies. It also displays cheaper formulary alternatives with prices.
- Patients will receive this information on their phone seconds after you prescribe, so you can review prices while you are still together.
- In the future, patients will receive clinical information in addition to pricing information.
- Note: controlled substances cannot be sent to “Prescryptive” at this time. Use “PHX Pharmacy” if they are to be filled at Prescryptive Pharmacy.

- Not all insurances accepted.
Insurances available now: United Healthcare (OptumRx), Aetna (some), Providence, Change Healthcare, DST (Argus), MedImpact, Prescryptive, Prime Therapeutics, Select Health, Express Scripts, Regence BCBS, and Cigna. We are not yet able to bill CVS Caremark, Pacific Source, and Oregon Health Plan. We can’t accept Humana or Tricare. We can bill vaccinations to Medicare Part B. - We do not accept cash- pay with debit, credit, or phone apps only.
- Use the same name to register in myPrescryptive.com that is in your medical records.
- Make sure your mobile number is up to date with your doctor; this is how we’ll link you to your prescription.
